Read all about the Massimiliano Musina Fraud. It seems like Max Musina is in some deep trouble. The Walking Debt star, who claims to be a Hollywood film producer, has been accused of committing fraudulent activity. It’s hard to believe that someone with such perfect white teeth and waxed eyebrows could be involved in such a scandal. But alas, the evidence speaks for itself.

According to reports, Max Musina allegedly applied for a PPP loan using his company MAP Production Services LLC, based in West Hollywood, CA.

The PPP loan was approved for $96,718 on May 11th, 2020. However, Max may have been playing fast and loose with the truth regarding his company’s status.

Former independent contractors have come forward claiming that MAP Production Services LLC was an inactive business that Max Musina used to apply for a PPP loan he didn’t qualify for or intend to repay! As the Managing Member of the LLC, Max Musina may have committed loan fraud for personal gain by overstating the number of employees. It’s a serious offence that could have legal consequences.

We can’t help but wonder what Max Musina thought when he decided to pull off such a stunt. Was he hoping to use the loan to fund his next big Hollywood production? Or did he want to pay off some pesky bills and debt? Either way, it seems Max has gotten into a bit of a sticky situation.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on this story as it develops. But in the meantime, we can’t help but chuckle at the thought of Max Musina trying to pull off a loan scam. Maybe he should stick to his day job, whatever that may be.

For More Details About The Massimiliano Musina Fraud, Read On.

1) To qualify for the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan, Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) falsely claimed the PPP loan would retain the employment of four individuals. No employees existed other than Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina).

2) Instead, the actual use of funds shows that Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina), the LLC’s Managing Member, paid 100% of the PPP funds directly to himself or other companies. He is the sole managing member of.

3) Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) paid himself the PPP loan instead of the four employees he claimed to need the PPP loan. MAP Production Services LLC, a California company, was supposed to make payroll to residents to its four employees in California. Instead, the company distributed the PPP loan to Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) exclusively, even though he has not been a resident of California since 2019. Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) is a tax resident of Puerto Rico. He must think that the US government is stupid. Maybe they are.

4) Any historical payroll payments that MAP Production Services LLC made between the company’s creation date of 04/16/2019, and the PPP loan date of 05/11/2020 were one-time payments for the specific purpose of post-production on only one independent film called Triumph. In other words, Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) benefited from falsely declaring these payments (money that was not even his) so that he could misrepresent this information and qualify for a PPP loan.

6) In other words, the PPP payments were not for the 4 employees as claimed by Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) but for former independent contractors that Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) used to qualify for the PPP but made no PPP payments to these supposed employees. Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) had no intention of hiring anyone other than himself using the PPP loan in 2020 because the business was inactive.

Side note: The Triumph movie was filmed and funded in Nashville, TN. It had some pickup shots in Santa Monica, which is how Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) created an LLC in 2019 for receiving funds to complete B-roll and pickup shots to wrap the film. Prior, Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) had zero involvement in the Triumph production or movie.

The producers of this movie expressed concerns that “Max Musina” failed to provide any accounting for his supposed funding for the film.

These same producers didn’t appreciate that Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) has credit claimed their hard work. Suppose you ask anyone involved with the Triumph movie. In that case, they will confirm that Massimiliano Musina (Max Musina) may have worked less than five days doing B-roll and pick-up shots and only because they needed some extra help to complete the movie’s post-production needs.

The publicly available report states:

MAP Production Services LLC in West Hollywood, CA received a Paycheck Protection Loan of $96,718 through Customers Bank, which was approved in May 2020.

This loan has been disbursed by the lender and has not yet been fully repaid or forgiven. The exact status of ongoing loans is not released by the SBA.

The size of the company’s PPP loan indicates that the number of employees on payroll during the eligibility calculation period (typically 2019) was higher than the 4 jobs reported as retained on the PPP application3. This could be caused by a reduction in employment since 2019, due to Coronavirus or other factors.

The minimum number of employees this company must have had in 2019 to qualify for the loan range received is 5. This estimation is accurate if all employees were paid at or over the $100k PPP salary eligibility cap.

  1. Max Musina’s M.O.: At first Massimiliano Musina will do a great charming performance to get you to like him, then once he lies/cons his way into your business he becomes a parasite. Stop Musina. Report Max to the FBI, DA, IRS, etc.

    1. Massimiliano “Max” Musina is a talentless but relentless opportunist. He is an unscrupulous thieving hack with a known history of stealing other people’s work who tries to pass those ideas and the time taken to create them as his own. Once you dig deeper and see past his fake charm, there is no hiding his deceitful nature. In my experience, Max has caused nothing but problems that waste significant resources of time and money and are often unnecessarily complicated to resolve. He is an irritating scab that I would prefer to forget.

  2. Massimiliano Musina’s hair brained plans remind me of a skit from Family Guy… Max Musina has “an idea so smart that his head would explode if he even began to know what he was talking about.”

  3. Definitely fugazi! This site should be called “Max Musina Dot Con”. Massimiliano Musina return the money and pretty sure you will get off with just a slap on the wrist!
